Financial Reporting Manager Location- Dublin West Salary- Up to 100k plus package Hybrid- 3 days in office About Your New Employer Our client are an expanding company based in West Dublin. Due to growth and diversification they are hiring for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join the team as Financial Reporting Manager. This is a key role, offering ownership of the financial reporting function and the chance to really shape and impact how the finance function supports the business and senior leadership. About Your New Job As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will: Lead, coach, and manage the financial reporting team, including accountants, AP, and AR staff. Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts and board packs. Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements and coordination with external auditors. Manage quarterly bank reporting, VAT returns, and other compliance filings. Prepare and present weekly Flash P&L and KPI reports for senior leadership. Manage the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across divisions, providing variance analysis and actionable business insights. Support the delivery of CSRD and sustainability compliance reporting requirements. Drive continuous improvement in reporting timelines, processes, and systems. What Skills You Need Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA) with at least 5 years post-qualified experience in financial reporting or senior accounting roles. Experienced in preparation of management accounts, statutory statements and board packs Ability to drive improvements in business processes.
