About the Role: As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales pipeline growth. This includes leading a team of Sales Development Representatives, overseeing their career development and advancement opportunities, analyzing results and performance metrics, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and promoting cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
