Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a small but growing marketing team, ensuring high performance, creativity, and professional development. Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities. Take ownership of stakeholder engagement across the business, working closely with partners, directors, and senior leaders to ensure marketing supports strategic priorities. Oversee a wide range of marketing activities including brand development, digital campaigns, content marketing, events, PR, and internal communications. Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, becoming a go-to advisor for marketing and communications across all service lines. Analyse campaign performance, client feedback, and market trends to shape data-led decisions and continuous improvement. Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers. Take ownership of the marketing budget, reporting on ROI and ensuring effective spend. What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within professional services or a B2B environment. Proven experience leading and mentoring marketing teams. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with credibility at all levels. Strong track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility. Commercially astute, with a hands-on and strategic mindset.
