2. Leading a portfolio of varied global inward businesses within a busy broking environment.

3. Handling clients' renewals from start to finish, assisting with mid-term alterations, dealing with general day-to-day client and carrier queries, and administrative duties.

4. Providing support to our designated claims team in the handling of insurance claims.

5. Providing assistance as required to colleagues across a range of general lines products.

6. Reviewing policy wording.

7. Building strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and network colleagues through the delivery of a market-leading service.

8. Securing and retaining clients by providing an excellent service.

9. Assisting the Global team and other colleagues to continually deliver an excellent service.

10. Participation in sales initiatives to target new clients.

11. Expanding and sharing knowledge and capabilities.
