What is a Store Experience Executive?
This role is all about creating a memorable first impression. As the first point of contact for our customers, youll be the friendly face that welcomes them into our showroom. Youll help guide them through their visit, answer queries, direct them to the right team members, and ensure they feel valued and informed from the moment they arrive.
Think of this role as part host, part concierge, part brand ambassador someone who brings energy, warmth, and professionalism to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers with a warm, upbeat attitude.
* Answer incoming calls and direct queries appropriately.
* Guide customers to sales executives or self-service areas.
* Maintain a log of showroom visitors and manage customer expectations.
* Provide basic information about vehicles and services.
* Support the sales team with customer flow and showroom coordination.
* Ensure the reception area is tidy, professional, and inviting.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
* Comfortable using computers and basic technology.
* Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
* Full clean Irish Driving Licence (NDLS Drivers statement required)
Working hours
This is a part-time weekend role, requiring availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holiday Mondays from 10am to 4pm. From time to time, you may be requested to work hours outside of these to facilitate business demand.
