One of Ireland’s most well-established insurance companies (with offices across the country) is hiring a Branch Manager. They’ve been serving customers for decades and are known for their strong community focus, great products, and people-first culture.

What you will be doing:
* Managing the day-to-day running of the office and delivering on team and individual sales targets. Supporting your team to hit sales targets across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Agri Lines — experience in all three is great, but not essential
* Leading and coaching your team
* Helping your team reach – and beat – targets
* Working hands-on with customers and prospects, especially in the Commercial and Agri sectors
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting regional goals and projects alongside other branch managers
* Ensuring smooth and compliant processes in line with company and Central Bank standards
* Reporting on team performance and sales activity
* Getting involved in local networking opportunities and community partnerships
What you can expect:
* A lucrative quarterly bonus structure linked to branch and individual performance

* Car allowance (you’ll receive a fixed payment to manage your travel needs)
* Subsistence allowance (€3,240 per annum paid monthly) to cover client-facing expenses such as meals and coffee

Do you have the right profile?
* CIP qualification ( is a must)
* Some people management or team leadership experience
* You have a strong background in sales and relationship management
* You know how to motivate and manage a team
* You're organised, a natural leader, and great with people
* You're confident managing sales performance and setting goals
* You hold a full clean driver’s licence
* Strong communicator and mentor
* Results-driven and goal-focused
* Sharp on business and commercially minded
