Document Controller
An experienced Document Controller is required to join a major infrastructure project in Dublin, Ireland.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation according to industry standards and client requirements.
We are looking for a self-motivated professional with strong organisational skills and experience in construction documentation processes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in document control or records management within the construction or design sector.
* Experience working in a regulated environment is desirable.
Key Skills:
* Proficient in document management systems such as ACC Bi MBuild/BIM 360, Aconex, Project Wise, or Share Point.
* Basic understanding of BIM processes (ISO 19650 knowledge is an advantage).
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain document control systems in line with ISO 19650 requirements.
* Track, organise, and distribute documentation to relevant stakeholders while ensuring version control and revision histories are maintained.
* Ensure all documents follow established naming conventions, metadata standards, and formatting guidelines.
* Manage secure storage, access control, and archiving of project documents in the CDE or document management platform.
* Provide support and guidance to project teams on document management best practices.
* Serve as the key point of contact for all document-related queries.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
Packages and Benefits:
