About The Role

">As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying and closing sales opportunities.>

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation & Qualification:
">
">
o Ability to adhere to targets set
">
o Utilize CRM to manage, track and qualify inbound leads
">
o Conduct outbound prospecting through calls and emails to generate new leads
">
o Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
">
">
* Sales Process Management:
">
">
o Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring all activities are logged and information is accurate
">
o Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or demos with prospects to present our solutions
">
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets
">
">
* Customer Relationship Management:
">
">
o Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
">
o Follow up with leads and customers regularly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
">
o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base
">
">
* Reporting & Analysis:
">
">
o Use CRM's reporting tools to monitor sales metrics and performance
">
o Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress towards sales targets
">
o Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement
">
">
* Collaboration:
">
">
o Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns
">
o Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve overall sales outcomes
">
o Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions and product knowledge updates
">

Qualifications:

">
">
* About You:
">
">
o Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
">
">
* Education:
">
">
o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field preferred but not required
">
o Proficiency in using CRM for managing sales processes and tracking performance
">
o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly
">
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
">
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
">
o Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
">

">

Benefits:

* Competitive salary between €60,000 and €75,000 OTE, depending on experience

* Flexible working arrangement with option to work from home
