Job Title: Water Network Improvement Project Manager
Job Description
This role involves overseeing the delivery of new and upgraded water network improvements in the North Dublin/Fingal area. As a key member of our team, you will work with regional contractors to ensure projects comply with contracts and legislation.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with local authorities to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Conduct HSQE audits and manage any issues that arise.
* Process work orders and service requests from customers.
* Update project trackers and review as-laid drawings.
* Collaborate with design engineers to clarify project delivery.
* Handle customer complaints and provide feedback.
* Attend meetings with contractors and design teams.
* Keep accurate records and create snag lists for future reference.
* Visit sites before works commence to identify potential issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 5 years' experience in on-site supervision and site engineering of civil engineering works, including water projects.
* A degree in a related discipline, such as Civil Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations.
* A current SafePass card and confined spaces training is desirable.
* Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
