We're looking for a highly organised and proactive
Finance & Operations Administrator
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple areas — from finance and accounts support to employee onboarding and operations. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming/outgoing invoices
Maintain invoice approval trackers
Update VAT trackers (Ireland & UK) and monitor POs and RCT/CIS deductions
Manage expense trackers
Manage Purchase order and payment cert tracking
Process incoming and outgoing invoices accurately and on time
Maintain and update invoice approval trackers
Update VAT trackers for Ireland and the UK, while monitoring purchase orders and RCT/CIS deductions
Manage and reconcile expense trackers
Oversee purchase order and payment certificate tracking
Ideal Candidate
Background in finance, administration, and accounts support
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, invoice tracking systems, and other digital tools
Strong organizational and communication abilities with excellent attention to detail
Skilled at multitasking and proactive in managing follow-ups
Experience in construction, logistics, or other fast-paced industries is advantageous
Knowledge of Sage and spreadsheet use is preferred
