Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
* Manage Vender relationships, sourcing and performance.
* Negotiate competitive pricing and delivery times.
* Ensure continuous supply.
* Point of contact for our distributor.
* Drive cost reduction.
* Maintain accurate records and resolve purchase order issues.
* Work closely with marketing and align supply chain with business objectives.
* Monitor and analysis franchisee purchasing against their sales
* Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand taking note of promotions & LTO.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Project manage product development with suppliers.
* Identify new potential suppliers.
Experience
* Minimum 3 years' procurement experience, ideally within FMCG, food manufacturing, or logistics.
* Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (CIPS qualification desirable).
* Demonstrated success in achieving cost savings and improving supplier performance.
* Must have experience in negotiation competitive pricing and delivery times
