*Job OverviewWe are seeking an experiencedIT Infrastructure Managerto lead the delivery and resilience of IT infrastructure services in our Dublin office. Operating in aregulated financial services environment, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuringcompliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), while managing infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms. The role also involvesgovernance of third-party providers and managed servicesto ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. The role reports to theHead of IT Operations*. This is a full time, permanent role.*Job Responsibilities*Disaster Recovery (DR): Develop, maintain, and test DR and business continuity plans, ensuring alignment with DORA and other regulatory frameworks.Backup & Storage Management: Oversee enterprise backup solutions and storage infrastructure, ensuring secure, compliant, and recoverable systems.Network Management: Ensure availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage M365 platform including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and associated compliance/security features.Third-Party & MSP Oversight: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and managed service providers, including contract performance, SLA adherence, service reviews, and escalation handling.Compliance & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and controls. Ensure full compliance with DORA, GDPR, and financial regulatory standards.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (cybersecurity, compliance, risk, service delivery) to drive operational excellence and ensure continuous improvement.*Job ResponsibilitiesEducation*Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft (Azure/M365), Cisco, or ISO 27001 are advantageous.*Experiences*5+ years' experience managing IT infrastructure in a regulated financial services environment.Strong knowledge of DORA, IT risk and resilience, and business continuity standards.Experience working with third-party vendors and MSPs, with a focus on performance management and governance.Technical expertise in backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault), storage systems, M365, and networking technologies.CompetenciesExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentTeam playerStrong interest in continuously improvingMCCThis role sits within the Manager/Specialist pay grade in the IT department.FooterFBD is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
