Project Manager
This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in delivering complex projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team through various stages of design, construction, and handover, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with client engineers, managers, and directors to drive project success
* Leverage specialist knowledge to guide design and construction processes
* Manage vendors/contractors from tender to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget results
* Present compelling business cases, secure funding, and participate in testing activities
* Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes, and engage suppliers/contractors for thorough analysis
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in highly regulated environments, preferably in brownfield Pharmaceutical settings
* Proven track record of managing medium-sized projects, with a strong focus on stakeholder and vendor contractor management
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
