Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Professional to perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and support production teams.
Responsibilities
* Respond to machine breakdowns and conduct preventative maintenance activities
* Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues on PLC-controlled systems
* Support production teams to meet performance targets and optimize output
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades
* Maintain accurate records in the CMMS system
* Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
* Mentor junior technicians and apprentices
Requirements
* Relevant trade qualification (Electrician or Fitter)
* 3+ years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
* Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
* Familiarity with high-speed automation and PLC systems
* Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
