Job Overview
A dedicated leader is needed to oversee day-to-day operations and manage staff rotas in a new respite intellectual disability service based in Kildare.
This key role will involve leading by example in promoting dignity and respect, ensuring care plans are up to date and person-centred, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing guidance and supervision for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the coordination of services to meet individual needs
* Ensure effective communication among staff, individuals receiving support, and other stakeholders
* Safeguard the rights and well-being of individuals with disabilities
The ideal candidate will have a Level 8 qualification in health or social care, be registered with CORU, and hold a Level 6 in Management. They must also have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in a Respite setting.
Requirements:

* Experience in managing staff rotas and promoting dignity and respect
* Ability to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
