As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating sales through proactive prospecting and lead generation. You will work with small businesses and C-Suite/ Marketing personas to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect into buyer personas: Small Businesses, C-Suite/ Marketing personas
* Meet and exceed individual targets by leveraging existing relationships and establishing new ones
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
* Maximize prospecting tools such as CRM software, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach to drive sales growth
* Create tailored solutions and process orders to meet customer needs
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Marketing, Account Development, Solutions Architects, and others to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
* 2-3+ years of experience in full-cycle sales with a proven track record of achievement
* Proficiency in German and English languages
* Familiarity with e-commerce, retail, and brand markets
* Demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals in a competitive environment
* Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
* Proven success with cold calling and innovative pipeline generation strategies
* Prior Sales Methodology training is an asset (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required)
