Legal Counsel Career Opportunity
Zoetis is a leading global animal health company that discovers, develops, manufactures and commercializes vaccines, medicines, diagnostics and other technologies for companion animals and livestock. We are seeking an experienced in-house legal counsel to provide critical support to our Global Manufacturing organization.
About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for advancing care for animals. As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing proactive legal advice on commercial and regulatory matters across various teams within GMS. You will also structure, draft and negotiate complex transactions including supply agreements real estate deals strategic partnerships
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Serve as a key legal advisor counseling assigned GMS teams on broad range of commercial regulations issues
* Structure draft negotiate complex transactional documents such as vendor contracts corporate governance policies trade compliance standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
You must have
a strong background manufacturing industry policy regulation law enforcement experience.
