Additionally, the role requires working proactively with the central call centre, keeping them updated on progress, so waiting customers are informed. Furthermore, compliance with on-site arrival procedures is essential, involving making contact with a manager/supervisor on site to introduce yourself and seek permission to commence work on equipment.
