Job Title: Lead Software Engineer
We are expanding our global footprint and building out our Product & Engineering teams. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive strategies around complex technical problems affecting business needs, communicate standards, and get buy-in on solutions.
You will own multiple areas of the codebase, successfully delivering architecture and execution of major components from conception to release. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship, serving as an expert in your field.

About the Role
The Lead Software Engineer is part of our Product and Engineering team, keeping our customers safe from attacks and breaches.
In this role, you will help customers manage their security solutions, particularly the Log Search platform, ensuring our products deliver a secure experience.
You will work on a high-impact, cross-functional team, creating logging and security solutions driving customer success.
Your Responsibilities
* Build, maintain, and release well-architected services by writing correct and clean code consistently, following best practices and conventions.
* Drive design and planning of upcoming features, partnering with internal teams like UX and Product Management.
* Deeply understand our products, making high-impact decisions to support our customers.
* Work with practice-specific technologies.
The Skills We Need
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development using Java, Python, AWS services, Kafka, NoSQL, Redis.
* Distributed Systems and asynchronous architectures knowledge.
