Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to coordinate and process sales orders in our finance and administration team. This is a permanent position with a reputable food manufacturer serving clients in Ireland, Europe, and the UK.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinating sales orders received from various channels
* Entering orders into the order system in a timely and accurate manner
* Email and call handling in a busy environment
* Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
* Managing customer order schedules and resolving any credit requests
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in sales order administration
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient at IT systems, including MS Office
