About Your New Job
Programming,setting, and operating3-axis, 5-axis, or multi-axisCNClathes/mill-turnmachines.
Developing efficient toolpathsusing CAM systems such as HyperMILL, Mastercam, or Fusion 360.
Producing high-precision partsfor aerospace and medical device applications.
Managing tooling selection, work holding, fixture design, and machining strategies.
Inspecting componentsusing metrology tools and interpreting drawings/GD&T.
Ensuring all work meets regulatory and customer standards.
Optimizing cycle times, machining parameters, tool life, and workflow.
Troubleshooting machining issuesand implementing corrective actions.
Working cross-functionallywith engineering, quality, and production teams.
Supporting ongoing process improvementsand lean initiatives.
Contributing to new product introductionsand complex machining projects.
What Skills You Need
3+ yearsCNCmachining/programmingexperience(milling, turning, or both).
Experience in aerospace or medical device precision machininghighly desirable.
Strong knowledge of machining aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel.
Ability to work to tight tolerances and complex geometries.
Engineering apprenticeship or time-served toolmaker qualificationbeneficial.
Strong understanding of ISO**** / ISO***** / AS**** requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
