**Job Overview**
* Amarenco is seeking a senior legal counsel to join its legal team and support the company's activities mainly in Ireland but also in Iberia, Austria and France.
* The role will play a key part in supporting the company's contracts related particularly to Development, Construction, Operation and Corporate including due diligence process negotiation of term sheets definitive agreements related projects all jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create write negotiate project team range confidential agreements letters intent MOU partnership agreements EPC contract O&M agreement procurement contract PPA contract binding offer land agreement shareholders acquisition financing contract share purchase agreement;
2. Evaluate regulatory contractual risk propose innovative solution reduce such risks;
3. Creates tools template for Contracts under supervision Deputy Chief Legal Officer participate implementation evolution contractual policies standardization document work closely colleagues functional area executive management regions execution activity coordinate supervise external law firms applying group policy choice law firm follow litigation file portfolio project assist preparation legal documentation calls tender renewable projects follow legal aspects once awarded creation participation joint ventures implementation contract.
