The Role
As a
Research Assistant
, you will play a key role in supporting ongoing research projects. You'll contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting, while working closely with senior researchers and stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone with strong academic foundations and a passion for producing high-quality research outputs.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct literature reviews and desk research.
* Collect, organize, and analyze data (qualitative and/or quantitative).
* Assist in preparing research reports, presentations, and publications.
* Support project coordination and stakeholder communications.
* Maintain accurate documentation of findings and ensure data integrity.
* Collaborate with team members to meet project milestones and deadlines.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Economics, Life Sciences, or related discipline). A Master's degree is a plus.
* Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of statistical or qualitative analysis software (SPSS, R, NVivo, etc.) is an advantage.
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
