****Insurance executive - Brokerage - Waterford/Tipperary - Personal Lines/Commercial Account Handler ** Will consider other locations***** Duties Deliver agreed business objectives and demonstrate values in order to deliver profitable growth Deliver technical training & coaching in order to support branch managers and staff to reduce leakage & risk acceptance issues Process underwriting referrals within the limits of your assigned underwriting licence in order to write quality business Resolve complaints in order to ensure compliance with CPC/FCA guidelines Adhere to all regulatory & legislative requirements in order to write business in a fully compliant manner Experience Full APA (PI and CI qualified) or APA (PI or CI qualified) Must have a minimum of 1-2 years insurance experience in either department Possess excellent product & technical knowledge to effectively handle referrals & support staff to achieve their goals Excellent understanding of the insurance needs of customers
