We are the Financial Enablement team, acting as the centralized data analytics team for Internal System Org. Enable and empower F&S, GTM, Accounting, Product teams to achieve business goals, through dataset development, data analytics support, dashboards, AI, and operation efficiency enhancements.What you’ll doResponsibilitiesPerform data analysis, identify trends, conduct research, build visualizations, all to deliver objective, critical insights that fulfill team stakeholders’ business needsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance & Strategy, Accounting, Product, Tax, User billing, Seller System, and Sales Ops teams, to align on financial goals and drive revenue growthBe the data strategy partner for our business stakeholdersReconcile complex dataset across complex finance systemsCoordinate cross-functional projects to identify and drive operational efficiencies that support our stakeholders ability to run more efficiently and effectivelyWork closely with Engineering and Product teams to help define product solutionsLeverage AI tools to improve team work efficiencyConduct internal knowledge sharing sessions to strengthen teamWho you areYou’re passionate about solving business problems and making a direct impact on business. You thrive in environments with many moving parts and quickly pick up new domain knowledge and technologies (e.g. AI). We’re seeking someone with excellent communication and advanced SQL/analytics abilities. Strong background in Accounting/Finance or prior AI experience is highly preferred, though these can also be developed on the job.Bachelor's degree in STEM major (i.e. Computer Science, Math, Stat, Engineering, etc.) and 4+ years of prior working experience in data analysis fieldsStrong analytical ability, proficiency with SQL (minimum of 3 years advanced SQL) and strong understanding of data relationshipsExperience working with extremely large datasetsExpertise working cross-functionally to drive business and operational goalsExcellent project management skillsDomain knowledge in Finance/Accounting/GTMPreferred qualificationsExperience working in fast-paced environments (e.g. high-growth fintech/tech company, management consulting)Experience working with PM, Engineers, GTM, Accounting Team or Finance TeamExperience working with financial datasetsExperience with visualization toolsExperience with AI tools (Claude Code, Kai, etc.)Domain knowledge in FinTech ProductsQualification in Accounting/Finance or CPA/CFA certificationOffice-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico, Bengaluru, India, and Dublin, Ireland work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €69,600 - €104,400. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location.
