This role involves strategic leadership and oversight to ensure alignment with overall integration objectives and timelines, focusing on the seamless integration of both organizations while maximizing value capture and business continuity.Key responsibilities:Leadership and Oversight: Provide strategic leadership for the entire integration program, ensuring alignment with overall integration objectives and timelines. Inspire and engage personnel across all levels to foster enthusiasm and commitment to the integration process.Best Practices and Standards: Operate as a trusted advisor with a deep understanding of both organizations’ operations.
