€55,000 - €65,000

Our client, a highly regarded real estate advisory firm, is seeking a Surveyor to join their Hotels & Leisure team within the Valuation and Advisory Services division.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates at all levels, from recent graduates to experienced Chartered Surveyors, to work with leading developers, investors, and hospitality operators while contributing to the growth and expansion of the firm's specialist advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
Valuation & Advisory
: Assist in or lead the production of high-quality RICS Red Book valuation reports for hospitality, leisure, and trade-related assets.
Professional Consultancy
: Provide expert advice to clients on asset acquisitions, disposals, feasibility studies, and site appraisals.
Market Research & Reporting
: Conduct market analysis and contribute to opinion/research papers for publication.
Agency & Brokerage Support
: Assist with agency instructions, brokerage transactions, and off-market acquisitions.
Client & Business Development
: Support new business initiatives, liaise with high-profile clients, and maintain strong relationships.
Collaboration
: Work closely with Investment, Retail, Business Space, Property Management, Residential, and Development Land teams.
Special Projects
: Contribute to intensive, high-value projects with short turnaround times.
