Role Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic individual to join our Supply Chain team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. As the Supply Chain Stock Integrity Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness and integrity of stock movements across the end-to-end supply chain, our Fulfilment Centre (FC), Stores and Systems, in accordance with policy.
This role plays a critical part in protecting stock value, supporting availability, reducing loss and enabling confident trading decisions through robust controls, disciplined investigation and clear reporting.
Role Responsibilities:
Stock Accuracy & Stock Control
* Own responsibility for timely and accurate stock movements across the supply chain, ensuring completeness of data and system alignment.
* Act as the primary point of accountability for stock movement integrity governance, controls and escalation.
Store Inbound & Outbound Performance
* Measure, monitor and report on store inbound delivery accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
* Track and analyse Inter-Branch Transfers (IBTs) from the end-to-end supply chain, identifying discrepancies, root causes and corrective actions.
* Partner with Retail Operations, and FC teams to reduce repeat issues and improve execution.
Cycle Counting & Investigation
* Own cycle count planning, scheduling and prioritisation across FC and Stores.
* Lead variance investigations and drive corrective actions.
* Ensure adjustments are evidence-based, approved and correctly reflected in systems.
System Stock Reconciliations
* Lead and manage regular stock reconciliations between ERP & WMS
* Investigate variances, identify root causes and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
* Maintain clear audit trails and reconciliation sign-off.
Exception & Error Management
* Own Nil Pick investigations, identifying systemic or process-driven causes.
* Investigate inbound processing errors and resolve associated invoice queries in partnership with Finance and FC teams.
* Monitor, investigate and approve FC stock adjustments, ensuring governance and controls are maintained.
Virtual & Non-Standard Stock
* Manage integrity of Virtual Stores, including bad stock, odds and imperfect stock.
* Ensure accurate classification and visibility of non-sellable stock.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
* Produce clear, actionable stock integrity reporting for senior leadership
* Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve stock accuracy and reduce loss.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and ways of working.
Team Leadership
* Line manage and develop at least one direct report
* Provide coaching, prioritisation and clear workload direction.

Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in stock integrity, inventory control or supply chain operations within retail or multi-site environments.
* Proven ability to manage stock investigations, reconciliations and root-cause analysis.
* Strong systems capability, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and warehouse systems.
* High attention to detail with the ability to balance accuracy with pace.
* Confident communicator, able to challenge constructively and influence cross-functional teams.
* Strong Excel and reporting capability
