We are looking for a (Senior) IT Project Manager (m/f/d) (unlimited, full-time) to join our team at our locations in Münster, Berlin, Verl, Stockholm, Amsterdam, or Dublin – with flexible working conditions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the new client sales process by providing technical and functional integration consultation for our product, Accounting as a Service. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, risk management, controlling, and timeline tracking. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure a structured and seamless handover, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks and optimizing workflows.
Responsibilities:
* Consult merchants regarding technical and functional integration of our product, Accounting as a Service.
* Provide first-class and proactive support and consulting on how to integrate and configure our product during pre-sales, onboarding, and aftersales.
* Manage the entire project lifecycle for both national and international internal and external projects.
* Collaborate with the Development, Activation, and Operations Teams to facilitate a smooth handover.
* Maintain a structured and organized approach to work, ensuring efficient project management.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management or a comparable role.
* Finance expertise: a solid background in billing, financial accounting, or similar.
* Strong ability to understand and explain business processes and (REST) APIs.
* Proficiency in (technical) solution design, with a solid understanding of typical modern application landscapes such as eCommerce, Mobility, or similar domains.
* Hands-on project management experience: several years leading complex projects, ideally using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
* Language proficiency: Fluent English skills (C1 level); German proficiency is a plus.
