Executive Chef Position in 4 Star Hotel
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a fantastic 4 star hotel based in Tralee, Co. Kerry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing their section of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to maintain and set culinary standards. They will produce exceptional dishes and contribute to enhancing the guest experience.

• Manage your own section of the kitchen, ensuring high quality food preparation and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to develop menus, manage inventory, and oversee kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Develop skills through ongoing training programs provided by the hotel.
