An esteemed multinational, multidisciplinary design consultancy is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Associate Director to lead and manage mechanical engineering projects across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of mechanical engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Technical Excellence:
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to integrate best practices and innovative technologies into projects.
Business Development:
Contribute to the growth of the consultancy by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal development.
To be considered for the role, you should have the following:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a design consultancy environment
Demonstrated expertise in managing projects in Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
Chartered Engineer status is highly desirable
