Working onsite with a key NNIT client you will support the use of the MES system in the manufacturing environment.
This includeschange management, troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities, ensuring the site delivers safe and effective products that whilst maintaining compliance.
The MES engineer will provide subject matter expertise to the operations team for day-to-day production and project work to ensure that output targets are met in line with the production plan.
Key Responsibilities
Provide SME knowledge to the operations team with respect to the MES system.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT and Quality functions to ensure efficient and effective MES site support during operational hours.
Work with the operations teams to deliver on department goals, schedules, and timetables for activities.
Coach and mentor the operations team on the use of the MES system, upskilling operations staff on the basics of troubleshooting.
Lead MES activities in the support of validation of new processes.
Skills Brief
Proven experience of 3 or more years working with pharma environmentmanufacturing systems and large-scale applications.
A strong level experience working with an MES system is apharma/life sciences manufacturing environment essential.
Full understanding of cGMP requirements including 21 CFR 11 and Annex 11.
Excellent understanding of GAMP principles, systems implementation and validation concepts.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong technical writing skills.
Person Brief
Candidates must have a level 8 degree in Computer Science / IT/ Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or a highly related discipline
3+ years' experiencein a relevant role involving working with a diverse range ofin Pharma, Life Sciences manufacturing software systems is essential– only candidates with this experience can be considered at this time
The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration and communication skills, strong attention to detail and able to communicate and present effectively to various levels of leadership
Ability to think logically and be proactive.
Must be flexibly and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Must have excellent organizational skills
The ability to be onsite daily is essential.
Therefore you must be able to commute daily to the site in Kilkenny.
