We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Worker to provide person-centred care to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities, frail older people, those with palliative care needs, or those living with chronic illnesses or addiction in their homes.
* Support family carers through a range of services nationally from local support centres.
* Provide flexible care solutions with various shift options available throughout the week.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* 1 year paid experience in a similar caring role.
* Satisfactory Garda Vetting.
* QQI Level 5 Full Healthcare Award including modules on Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
