OverviewUnder the direction of the Senior Engineering Manager, the Engineering Supervisor provides technical leadership and support to equipment technicians across the shift. Manage shift technicians, equipment, and line performance through specific maintenance KPIs and support cross‑functional departments as needed to maintain an optimal operations environment. This role will transition to our Front End Night shift pattern in Q4 2026, consisting of 12‑hour night shifts every Monday to Wednesday and alternate Thursdays, following a repeating 4‑on/3‑off – 3‑on/4‑off schedule. Shift premium: 25% (Mon‑Thurs).ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate equipment technicians on shift, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard.Manage preventative and corrective maintenance activities, reviewing PM and CM work in Maximo to ensure reliability and compliance.Delegate and prioritise maintenance tasks, overseeing corrective actions to minimise downtime and improve equipment performance.Lead and support technicians, delivering monthly one‑to‑one performance updates and coordinating training to maintain and develop skillsets.Manage shift operations collaboratively, working closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure seamless manufacturing performance.Provide hands‑on technical leadership during escalations, equipment failures, or critical decision‑making scenarios.Supervise engineering projects, including layout changes, equipment installation, and validation report execution.Track, analyse, and report performance metrics, including OEE, Yield, and maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvement.QualificationsProven supervisory experience in an engineering or maintenance environment within a high‑volume manufacturing setting.Strong technical expertise in automated production equipment, including PLC systems, electro‑mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, and hydraulics.Comfortable working hands‑on in a fast‑paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment when escalation support is needed.Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, with experience driving process improvements that increase yield and reduce downtime.Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technicians, engineers, and leadership teams.Ability to interpret technical documentation to support equipment troubleshooting, upgrades, and sustainment.Value safety and compliance, ensuring strict adherence to LOTO and all site safety procedures at all times.Experienced in technical documentation, contributing to the creation, revision, and maintenance of manufacturing and equipment documentation.BenefitsA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.A full and comprehensive benefits program.Growth opportunities on a global scale.Access to career development through in‑house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.An exciting and innovative, industry‑leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.Travel Required10%
