* Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and governance.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing PMO team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Define and manage KPIs for project delivery, providing regular reports to senior executives and governance bodies.
