We’re seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform across core ITSM and related modules. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technical leader who can drive platform strategy, ensure best practices, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and maintain the overall architecture and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
* Lead the design and implementation of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
* Architect and deliver reporting and analytics frameworks using Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, effective ServiceNow solutions.
* Ensure adherence to governance, security, and performance standards.
* Design and manage integrations with external systems (e.g., monitoring, HR, finance, and other enterprise tools).
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
* Conduct regular architectural reviews to align with enterprise IT strategies.
* Stay up to date with new ServiceNow releases and features, recommending adoption strategies.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect within enterprise environments.
* Strong expertise in ITSM processes and core ServiceNow modules.
* In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and limitations.
* Experience with Performance Analytics, Scheduled Reports, and Dashboards.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
* Strong understanding of CMDB design, data models, and service mapping.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer preferred.
* ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification highly desirable.
