* Oversee service delivery across all areas of the business and manage systems for stock management, cost control, and supplier coordination.
* Ensure customers receive the highest level of service by motivating the team to achieve common goals.

Requirements

* Proven experience in management/supervisory roles within a hospitality setting.
* Up-to-date knowledge of Irish food and alcohol regulations.
* HACCP trained and First Aid Certification desirable (training can be provided).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
