About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled In-Store Experience Designer with retail expertise to collaborate on designing exceptional in-store experiences that drive engagement and elevate customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Annual Customer Engagement Strategies aligned with brand objectives and enhance the shopper journey.
* Lead full-year activation plans for retailers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
* Prepare sell-in materials for campaigns, new product launches, and existing product developments, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
* Oversee trade marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement through strategic planning and execution.
* Manage Point of Sale materials for customer-facing and co-pack activations, including pre-filled stands to maximize visibility.
* Coordinate activation plans with partner brands and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
* Support social media activity linked to customer campaigns to amplify reach and impact.
* Brief and liaise with creative agencies to produce assets for in-store, online, and digital campaigns, ensuring cohesive branding.
Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a focus on consumer behavior and market trends.
* 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful in-store experiences.
* Strong presentation and communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and results.
* Experience with print and Point of Sale development and activation, leveraging data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
* Proven ability to brief creative or activation agencies, bringing together diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
