Overall Function of a Golf Club Fitter (Hard Goods Associate):
* Engage customers throughout the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories).
* Maintain high product and industry knowledge to inform customers about new technologies, products, and services.
* Perform Club Comparisons to help customers evaluate performance differences between clubs.
* Follow golf Club Fitting Protocols to ensure an accurate and efficient fitting process.
* Operate Simulator and Launch Monitor technologies, using fitting tools to provide valuable information for customer decisions.
* Make tailored equipment recommendations based on customer needs.
Qualifications of a Golf Club Fitter (Hard Goods Associate):
* Minimum 2 years of golf retail sales experience.
* Minimum 1 year of golf fitting experience preferred.
* Basic golf industry knowledge, product knowledge, and club fitting principles.
* Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lbs.
* Flexibility to work varied retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* GED or high school diploma required.
