Postdoctoral Researcher in 2D TMD Devices: Characterization
The role requires an ambitious postdoctoral researcher to join a team focused on developing and characterizing electronic devices based on transition metal dichalcogenides.
* The candidate will be responsible for fabricating, processing, and testing materials for device fabrication.
* They must also perform advanced electrical characterization of fabricated devices using specialized equipment and techniques.
To excel in this position, the successful candidate should possess excellent laboratory skills and knowledge of semiconductor physics. They should have hands-on experience with device fabrication techniques including lithography, etching, doping etc. Strong analytical skills are essential along with proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Python or MATLAB.
