Job Title: Director of Nursing
Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Nursing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional nursing leadership and operational management for a Residential Care Home in South Co. Limerick.
* Provide professional nursing leadership and operational management for the care home
* Oversee care plans, staff management, and operational planning and forecasting
* Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and relevant legislation
* Collaborate with senior management to support service delivery and quality standards
Requirements:
* BSc in Nursing
* Full NMBI registration
* QQI Level 6 in Management & Leadership
* Minimum of 3 years management experience working in a Care of the Elderly setting
* Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and relevant legislation
* Experience in managing staff, care plans, and operational planning and forecasting
* Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills with references
* Must have full legal right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship available)
