Trade Counter Sales Assistant Job Description
Red Chair Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our client's team in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
The primary responsibilities of the role include assisting a busy trade counter within a retail outlet by providing exceptional customer service and supporting customers with queries and orders via phone, face-to-face interactions, and email communication. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to offer their expertise within the plumbing, heating, building suppliers, and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with inquiries related to products or services offered at the trade counter.
* Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication skills, including verbal and written responses to ensure customer satisfaction.

* A minimum of two years' experience working in a trade counter sales environment preferably within the plumbing, heating construction/building supplier industries
* Excellent knowledge of building supplies considered advantageous;
