We already serve clients globally and are seeking a Social Media Manager to allow us to continue to grow.We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. You'll need to be proactive, take the lead on tasks, show initiative, and be ready to step up as we scale rapidly.Key Responsibilities:Attend and create content briefsDraft scripts for client calloutsExecute client callouts (on-site or remote as needed)Direct and capture video and audio content, ensuring a cohesive storyline in line with our strategyFollow the provided content strategy for ideation and creationPerform analytic reviews of previous content performance, draw conclusions, and create iterations to consistently build on resultsSuggest creative ideas to capture attention and drive engagementSupport content production with graphic design and video editingJob Requirements:Strong understanding of social media platforms and trendsGraphic design skills in Canva (portfolio or examples required)Short-form video editing skills, ideally in CapCutAuthentic copywriting skills for captions and storytellingExceptional attention to detailFull driver's license with ability to visit clientsExperience with UGC-style content is a plusAbility to take initiative, lead tasks, and handle responsibilityStrong storytelling and creative problem-solving skillsInterest and potential to grow into client managementSalary is based on experience.
