Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and place candidates within aviation and related sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement
Develop new business opportunities within the aviation market
Maintain accurate records and ensure a high level of service delivery
Requirements
Previous recruitment experience or strong exposure to the aviation industry
Knowledge of airport operations, ground handling, or airline environments is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
