Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
* Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and work in collaboration with psychiatrists, clinicians and other healthcare professionals to enhance treatment outcomes.
* Develop and implement individualised healthcare plans, ensuring continuous care throughout the treatment process.
* Conduct therapeutic interventions and offer emotional support to Residents and their families, fostering recovery and wellness.
* Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and treatment planning sessions to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Residents assessments, interventions, and progress notes in line with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse (RN) - Psychiatric/Intellectual Disability/Clinical
* At least 2 years of experience in General clinical nursing or psychiatric nursing, in a hospital, nursing home, mental health facility or similar.
* Experience in clinical assessments, health management plans and adequate therapeutic skills with a solid understanding of therapeutic approaches.
* Irish or EU Driving License
* Legal right to work in Ireland without restriction
