GPC Finance is working with a reputable firm in North Dublin.
They require an Experienced Bookkeeper to join their skilled team.
They are trusted business advisors to SMEs across a wide array of sectors including not for profit, professional services, real estate, renewable energy, manufacturing, construction, retail and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Posting monthly Sales Invoices and Debtor Receipts for clients
Posting monthly Purchase Invoices and Creditors Payments for clients
Posting of non-debtor receipts and non-creditor payments to relevant bank accounts
Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
Preparing monthly payroll and submission to Revenue
Preparation and filing of Vat returns to Revenue for clients
Preparation and filing of Payroll to Revenue for clients
Preparation and filing of RCT returns for clients
Preparation of bank reconciliations
Preparation of Company Secretarial returns for Limited Companies
Ad hoc duties on request.
Ideal Candidate
Qualified Accounts Technician or similar qualification
2-3 years' experience in a similar accounting role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong level of attention to detail
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Experience with arrange of accounting packages an advantage
Ability to be flexible, adaptable and to work under pressure
Ability to work at own initiative
Proven experience as a team player Computer Skills
Experience with Relate and Xero is an advantage
