Project Specialist
To provide quality services to clients and families/significant others in accordance with best practices in case management, group therapy, psycho-social workshops, and formal/informal interactions.
1. Establish trusting relationships with clients at both formal and informal levels to develop a productive therapeutic relationship.
2. Maintain documentation aligned with the project's aims and standards. Provide personalized support for clients enabling them towards positive career goals and a healthy lifestyle.
3. Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, identify care plans within an ongoing key working system, and facilitate progress towards positive outcomes.
