We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team.
* Establish and modify customer accounts, ensuring seamless interactions with the sales team.
* Maintain accurate internal records in collaboration with the European sales team.
* Create new accounts on B2B platforms and provide comprehensive training and support to users.
* Manage and update data across various European B2B platforms.
* Review and approve access requests for online resources.
* Promote timely inventory updates to the sales team.
* Ensure up-to-date customer contracts and agreements.
* Audit customers' online sales platforms as required.
* Effectively manage and maintain the sales support helpdesk.
* Contribute to sales campaigns, pre-season orders, updates, and audits.
* Participate in projects to support evolving business needs.
* Demonstrated experience in sales administration or sales support.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Flexible, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.
* Proficient IT skills, especially in MS Excel; ERP experience (e.g. JD Edwards) is an asset.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with good analytical skills.
* Fluent English language proficiency.
* Third-level qualification in Business or IT-related field.
