Responsibilities
* Lead Business Transformation Conversations with AI, using a consultative approach to demonstrate how Copilot, Agents at Work, and Secure AI Productivity can deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.
* Proactively engage with customers to explore how various workloads can enable digital transformation, aligning with industry-specific needs and converting opportunities into deals. Leverage deep understanding of customer business priorities to facilitate conversations across multiple solution areas, in collaboration with partners and services.
* Collaborate with One Commercial Partner (OCP) and a network of partners to cross-sell, up-sell, co-sell, and support onboarding of new partners by researching and discussing customer scenarios.
* Analyze the competitive landscape within supported solution areas by working with partners to evaluate competitor products, solutions, and services, and develop strategies to position Microsoft effectively against competitors.
* Influence internal and external stakeholders through business planning and rhythm-of-business (ROB) meetings to review and strategize for accounts within the assigned territory.
* Work with extended sales teams, partners, and marketing to perform business analysis, such as whitespace analysis and industry trend identification, to target high-potential customers and develop a list of potential business opportunities.
* Manage the end-to-end business operations of the assigned territory, including forecasting, portfolio management, and developing a territory plan to align with strategic priorities.
* Apply the orchestration model to proactively drive deal closure by identifying and aligning internal stakeholders and expanding relationships with partners.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
* Significant technology-related sales or account management experience
* OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field AND significant technology-related sales or account management experience
* OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Fluency in written and spoken Swedish
* Extensive technology-related sales or account management experience
* OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field AND significant technology-related sales or account management experience
* OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND significant technology-related sales or account management experience
* Relevant solution sales or consulting services sales experience
