The Role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. This role offers the opportunity to bring creativity to a wide range of projects, from pharmacy and healthcare to wellness, beauty, and hospitality. You'll create high-quality visual content across both digital and print channels, ensuring brand consistency and driving customer engagement.
Please note this is a fixed term Maternity cover role
Key Responsibilities
* Design engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, digital signage, and print (POS, in-store, window displays).
* Collaborate on seasonal and promotional window displays with the in-house dresser.
* Develop campaigns for product categories including wellness, beauty, cafe, and seasonal promotions.
* Support the company loyalty programme with branded assets and campaign materials.
* Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all divisions.
* Create and update digital and ecommerce assets.
* Produce marketing collateral such as newsletters, menus, and event visuals.
* Manage in-house printing and external production processes.
* Work closely with operations, pharmacy, and cafe teams to deliver effective design solutions.
* Stay current with design and retail trends.
Skills & Experience
* 2-3+ years' experience in graphic design or related creative role.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
* Strong knowledge of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
* Experience across digital and print production.
* Basic HTML/CSS and CMS knowledge (WordPress/Shopify).
* Familiarity with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and social media platforms.
* Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability across sectors.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
* Motion graphics and video editing experience is an advantage.
